There is this cool japonese garden right in the middle of Curitiba that we went to one day. This is NOTHING like my area, and is like  1 hour away, but it was pretty and pretty fun! :)

Yayy! For my "8 months is Brazil anniversary" (yeah, you just make stuff up to celebrate in the mish, it's cool) Our new sister ( like really, new, she's a greenieeee!) who is from Mexico made us homemade pimenta and casadillas!! Yuuuus, it was soo good, we were dying from lack of Mexican food- and this was just about as legit as it gets. . . dad I'm going to get the recipe for you!

Yeah, so somtimes, you just hang out with parrots here and it's not really a big deal. Seriously, we were leaving a house and this dude was just hanging out by himself. .  . .
